*A very positive individual, he often doesn't seem to take things seriously.
*Except for the deaths of his comrades - When all they can find of Danji after he's killed is an earpiece, he openly mourns
*Protective of friends - gets angry when Orga is beat up by the First Group, declares that he won't forgive them. When Todo sells Tekkadan out to the Orcus group, Shino yells at him, then punches him. Punches him again when he calls Orga a fool.
*Spends an ENTIRE EPISODE following Eugene around
*Carefree - after Mikazuki defeats Lt. Crank, he appears unworried by the consequences it'll have, saying "Who cares? He won!"
*Entrusted with some level of responsibility - is often in the background with Eugene when Orga and Biscuit are making decisions. Given leadership position when doing work on his own, such as breaking into other people's ships and leading a squad to capture the bridge.
*Talks very loudly! He is almost always shouting, especially when he is in a good mood. Jesus christ, but when they're eating lunch and that kid is designing the Tekkadan logo, you can hear him going on and on in the background.
*Very eager to fight! When Orga sends him to fight the Turbines, he declares that he was "waiting for this!"
